I was the athletic girl in high school who constantly struggled with body image issues. Looking back, I know I was not overweight at all, I was just taller before all the boys by 6th grade. From there, high school was tough. I started taking diet supplements when I was 15 years old because I was so self conscious about the way I looked. This toxic trait carried over into my freshman year of college. However, I didn’t actually experience heavy weight issues until after my first year of school. I gained the freshman 15 and then some. I found myself severely depressed and realized that I couldn’t go back to diet pills again. Instead, I hired a fitness coach. This absolutely CHANGED my life. I lost 30 pounds and was educated on what a healthy, sustainable lifestyle looked like just from changing my nutrition habits. After my transformation, I hired another coach to learn how to properly workout! The combination of the two sent me to places I never thought I’d experience. I was FINALLY, feeling my best without the guilt and shame of a restrictive lifestyle.

15 Years later, here we are!
