I used to be the athletic girl who still hated her reflection. By sixth grade I towered over everyone, and by high school I was chasing diet pills instead of confidence. That mindset followed me into college—until the “freshman 15” turned into a wake-up call.

Depressed and exhausted, I finally hired a fitness coach… and everything changed. I lost 30 pounds, learned how to fuel my body instead of punish it, and discovered what a healthy, sustainable lifestyle actually looked like. Later, I worked with another coach to master strength training—and that’s when I truly transformed.

For the first time ever, I felt strong, free, and confident — without guilt, without restriction, and without losing myself.
